Custom Order Process
STEP 1
Samples Selection
- The customer selects the sample they are interested in.
- Free samples, freight collected.
STEP 2
Sample Testing
- Upon receiving the sample, the customer tests and approves it.
- If satisfied, samples can proceed with customization.
STEP 3
Design Preparation
- Based on the chosen sample, we provide the printable area layout in PDF format.
- The customer prepares a design file within the provided layout and submits the color codes (e.g., Pantone).
STEP 4
Pre-Production Sample (Charge based on your design)
- Once we receive the design, we create a pre-production sample based on the design.
- Lead Time: 15-20 days for pre-production sample preparation.
STEP 5
Sample Review and Approval
- The pre-production sample is shipped to the customer for review and approval.
STEP 6
Mass Production
- Once the deposit is received, the order is confirmed, and mass production begins.
